Birthday Cookies for Girls

Posted by Anne Yorks on Sunday, May 6, 2012

Cookies are a great way to make a birthday celebration a little sweeter. Here are a few projects made for some big milestones...

I recently had a 50th Birthday celebration. The theme of the party was 50 and fabulous. I'm planning on being fabulous when I turn 50, too!

This cookie set included shoes, purses, and 50 and Fabulous cookies!

That cookie cutter is called fancy square and is found at www.coppergifts.com. It took me long enough to order it, and now that I have it, I am finding so many uses for it!

The last birthday order was for a special little girl's birthday sleepover. The tiara cookies are for her friends. I made 16 tiaras with 8 different designs.

That big birthday cake cookie is for the birthday girl herself! Yum!

I really enjoyed making this set because it did not involved the kopykake...just me and the piping bag...a much less stressful and more enjoyable decorating experience, in my opinion. : )

I hope all these birthday girls had an amazing time. This coming week I will be wedding-minded with making more peacocks. They are my favorite cookie to make. It is one design that does not get old for me!

Thanks for reading and have a sweet week!!

Anne

These are all just wonderful and again, I can’t bevleie that you did so many different designs. The winking little boy is adorable and the Giant Finger is great, with or without the fingernails, I like them both. You must have made dozens of these for your party. I’m sure your husband was very touched and all the guests were just thrilled to go home with some of these. Happy Birthday to your husband!
