A Little Sparkle for My Mom

Posted by Anne Yorks on Wednesday, July 10, 2013

Every year, I try to create something special for mom's birthday. She's just the coolest lady I know and I love to spoil her with cookies! She loves the beach and tea...so I did those themes the past two years.

For her birthday this year, I decided to make her cookies sparkle!

She is an Irish girl, so I had to make her a Claddagh set. Her bracelet does have a rope chain, so these were almost an exact match.

I borrowed her little travel jewelry box for the photos. It was the perfect size for just 3 cookies.

For her non-cookie gift this year, I picked out a pretty grandmother necklace. It has each of the grandkids' names and their birth stones with a little 'Nana' charm. Here, I made her a simpler cookie version with matching earrings and necklace. The chain on all three was easy to make thanks to Sweet Ambs tutorial!

And then of course, my mom's jewelry box would not be complete without a set of diamonds and pearls!! I think these were my favorite set!

Here are all three sets together! She loved them!

Have a sweet day,
Anne
