DECORATING SUPPLIES ORDERS, RETURNS, AND SHIPPING FAQ

Q: “Wait…you don’t sell cookies anymore? Who will fulfill my cookie dreams now?”

A: We’re so happy you were a fan of our yummy cookies! That’s right – we’ve removed the bakery piece from our business to focus on equipping and educating fellow cookie decorators. No need to fear because there are many other fantastic cookie businesses out there who can take care of all of your cookie needs! But if you need cookie decorating supplies…you’ve come to the right place!

 

Q: “What is your return policy? Is it fancy or simple?”

A: It’s pretty simple! Unused/unopened tools and supplies can be returned and refunded within 30 days of the order date. Refunds/returns are not available after 30 days. If you need to return an item, please email us at returns@flourbox.com to set up a return. Returned Items will be refunded, minus the initial shipping charges. The refund will be made in the same payment form as the original purchase. Items that cannot be returned include any opened items or any items that have been used. That wasn’t too bad, was it?


Q: “Oh no! Something I want is unavailable or is out of stock! Help!”

A: We feel your pain! That’s the worst. It’s true - at times we may be temporarily out of stock on certain items. But you can stay on top of back-ordered items by emailing supplies@flourbox.com. We are happy to notify you when an item is available for order!

Q: “What’s the 411 on shipping within the United States?”

A: Great question! Orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) from the date they are placed. All orders are shipped via the Post Office. Allow 1-7 days for First Class or 2-3 days for Priority Mail, but it’s not guaranteed. Tracking is available on your order and will be shared with you on your shipping confirmation email. If you need your order shipped via a guaranteed/overnight service, please email us at shipping@flourbox.com for a quote! 

Shipping in the US is a fixed rate as follows:

Orders up to $25: First Class Shipping is $3.99
Orders up to $25 and above:  Priority Mail shipping is $7.50
*Rates and options may vary based on monthly specials or custom orders.

We ship to: United States & US Territories, and Canada.

Q: “And what about International Shipping?”

We currently only offer international shipping to Canada. 

Canadian Shipping:

  • We will use USPS with 2 options: First Class International and Priority Mail International.
  • Orders up to $75: First Class International is $23.00. Expect to take 7-21 business days once shipped.
  • Priority Mail International is an available option for any order and is $45.00.  Expect your order to take 6 - 10 business days once shipped.
  • You can track your order with the tracking number emailed to you at shipping.
  • We are not responsible for any import taxes. Canada does require import duties. Please review your specific country's import rates before ordering. The customer is responsible for all import duties and taxes.
