How to Decorate a Green Tractor Cookie

My mom, born and raised in Philadelphia, a city girl all the way, loves tractors. It's true! She's just fascinated by them. So I made these cookies for her for Mother's Day! No flowers or girly stuff here...just the classic yellow and green!
